this is very confusing, and not just because its called a “Utitliy Truck”.

I really want to know what was in the owner’s mind when this car was conceived.

“I want a Dodge Dakota with the style and grace of a Chrysler 5th Avenue, but its fine that the trunk lid doesn’t have to close right.”

Those seats look comfortable though!

I have no clue why they think it is worth so much, but at the time this was built they were still selling the El Camino, so this wasn’t much of a stretch of the imagination for the era.

Country Classic Cars always has such an interesting selection. Their prices tend to be on the high side, but at least they’re actually taking useful pictures of their inventory now.

I’m going to toss it out there, this place is my absolute favorite place to look at listing on Autotraderclassics. They still have a listing for a poor old Ford truck that some monster put a 350 in, one day I want to rescue it.
